Key Responsibilities
Inspection and Testing
- Conduct regular inspections and tests on products.
- Identify and document defects/non-conformities.
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues.
Quality Control
- Implement and maintain quality control processes.
- Develop and update quality inspection procedures.
- Train staff on quality standards and procedures.
Audits and Compliance
- Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Documentation and Reporting
- Maintain accurate quality records and documentation.
- Prepare and submit quality reports to management.
- Analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Collaboration and Communication
- Work closely with production, engineering, and procurement teams.
- Communicate quality issues and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in quality control or surveying, preferably in interiors or modulars.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of quality management standards (ISO 9001, etc.).
- Proficient in quality inspection tools and techniques.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
